Tighten your abs with these two exercises that work your entire midsection

When it comes
to quick and efficient workouts, nothing is
as easy as abs. You can do them anywhere and don't need a lick
of equipment. Here are two
moves you can pair as a superset; do the straight-leg crunch for 15-20 reps, then immediately
go into 20 reps of bicycles.
Rest 30 seconds between supersets, and aim to do 3-5 supersets total.
