When it comes to workout recovery, few dishes beat this simple, sweet combination of greens

Serves 4
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 8 minutes

3Ingredients
2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
1 tsp. olive oil
1 large garlic clove, finely minced
2 small heads bok choy, sliced into 1⁄2-inch pieces (about 5 cups)
1⁄4 tsp. garlic powder

Directions
1. Dry-roast sesame seeds in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until golden brown (about two minutes). Remove to a plate to cool.
2. Pour oil into warm pan and swirl to coat bottom. Add garlic and sauté for one minute. Add bok choy, stir and cover for four minutes. Remove lid, stir to combine, and sprinkle with garlic powder and sesame seeds.

Hint
A hot and fast sauté seals in bok choy's flavor and captures this member of the cabbage family's body-boosting nutrients.
