USA Women's bodybuilding, figure and bikini finals

It was a night for the record books as the 2009 NPC USA Bodybuilding, Figure & Bikini Championships shattered all previous numbers, taking the crown for biggest competitor turnout in NPC history. The spring board for six figure and bikini and two women's bodybuilders to leap into the iFBB Pro League finished with a bang at the Artemus W. Ham Concert Hall at UNLV in Las Vegas, Nevada. In women's bodybuilding, Angela Salvagno won the heavyweight and overall title while Akila Pervis, the middleweight winner, became the first woman to grab a second pro card at the USA's. In figure, class D winner Listy Allen prevailed in the most heavily populated field of the weekend to nab the overall. Kristal Marshall won bikini class F and finished the night as the first overall winner of the new NPC bikini division.
